What types of phones are supported?
VoIPFlow will work with any SIP compatible phone. For the Polycom, Cisco, and Linksys, we also support Auto-Provisioning. One of our key benefits is that we are vendor agnostic, rather than our competitors who lock you into certain phone models.  more...

Do you sell phones?
No, we do not sell the phones ourselves. We recommend purchasing from a distributor such as Ingram Micro.

What type of hardware do I need to run VoIPFlow?
VoIPFlow will run on any hardware that is compatible with Red Hat Linux 5.2 or greater. We have customers who run VoIPFlow on all major manufacturers like Dell, HP, Supermicro, and IBM.

Does VoIPFlow require any special add on cards?
No, all that is required is the server. Well, you do need an Ethernet port!

Do you sell the servers or hardware also?
No, we provide the software system only. Clients are expected to provide their own hardware. This is usually the preference, since many clients already have existing relationships with a particular manufacturer that they want to stick with.

How does VoIPFlow connect to PSTN?
VoIPFlow interconnects with any carrier who supports SIP. Today, that is nearly all carriers. Typically clients will interconnect with many carriers to provide failover and take advantage of least cost routing.
