How is VoIPFlow supported?
i. Critical and Standard Level
support is included with the pricing.
ii. Critical Support requests have
a 1 hour response SLA.
iii. Standard Support requests
have a 4 hour response SLA.
iv. We maintain a minimum of two
people at all times on the Critical Support
v. Critical and Standard
requests are created and tracked through online ticket management
system which you will have access to.
