Per Seat Subscription Licensing

The VoIPFlow Platform is billed on a $2/month per seat basis.

A "seat" is any hardware phone (Cisco, Polycom, GrandStream, Linksys, Snom, Aastra and others) or soft phone (X-Lite and others). There may be 1 or more actual extensions assigned to that seat. Regardless of the number of extensions assigned to the seat, it is only charged as one seat.

The number of seats are calculated as the maximum number of seats configured on your VoIPFlow Platform installation during one calendar month.

The Per Seat Subscription allows you to install VoIPFlow on as many or as few servers as are required to support your customer base. Start small and grow large!

This subscription price includes Critical and Standard Support SLA's as well as access to ongoing version releases.

Monthly Minimum License Fees

There is no monthly minimum in the beginning, to allow you time to test and integrate VoIPFlow, and ensure that it meets your needs.

For month one through three, the monthly minimum is $0.
For month three through six, the monthy $500.
For month six and after the monthly minimum is $1,000.

Server Deployment Fees

We install VoIPFlow on one server for free for each new client. Thereafter, we charge a one time $250 fee to install, test, and verify each new server you'd like us to install it on. Sometimes we waive our deployment fees for additional server for new clients.
