Our Target Market
VoipFlow's target market is the service provider who wishes to offer voice over IP (VoIP) service to their customers as a hosted PBX offering. Many ISPs, telecom equipment dealers, interconnect companies, and small/medium telco's fit into this mold. VoipFlow was built around the notion that service providers would want to provision hundreds of PBXs for their many customers via a server farm managed by a single user interface. This approach has many advantages for the service provider who is serious about deploying Asterisk based PBXs.
One way of understanding our target market is to look at our competition. Companies like Signate, Broadsoft, and Sylantro all offer competing technology...although at a much higher price point and without many of the usability features we have built into our platform.

Service providers are facing real challenges as margins on traditional dial-up, T1, and broadband access continues to decline.
